MD, Playback EngineerTim Murphy is a drummer, producer, and music director from New England — born in Boston, raised in New Hampshire, and lived on Cape Cod for a few years. He's now based in Nashville, Tennessee. He's been behind a kit since he was three and studied at Berklee College of Music from 2019 to 2023. Tim currently tours as drummer, music director, and playback engineer for Willow Avalon and KAYKO, handling everything from Ableton sessions to venue advances and on-site tech support. A self-described tech nerd at heart, he also has extensive experience working remotely with artists on playback engineering and is happy to accommodate a range of needs and requests. On off days, you'll usually find him hunting down a good indie coffee shop.

Road Manager, Front of House EngineerHailing from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Brett is one of the young gun road warriors at Do It Live. He’s an audio engineer by trade, but can also be frequently found doing a bajillion other things day of show as a road manager to keep the busses and trucks rolling. If he’s not on stage left, front of house, or putting a hammock up under the stage, Brett can be found passing his off time playing hockey, reading a manual, or finding another complicated way to make an iced cortado.
